Kim has been in real estate since 1995 specializing in the management, training and day to day operations of real estate.
Background and Accomplishments
As a Hickory native, Kim graduated from Fred T. Foard High School in 1991. She received her Real Estate Salesperson license in 1995 and her Real Estate Broker license in 1996. In 1998, Kim joined Team Metro as their Broker-In-Charge. She became an owner in 2005 when Team Metro purchased a Weichert, Realtors® franchise and became Weichert, Realtors® - Team Metro.
Kim is an active member of The Catawba Valley Association of Realtors® and was named Committee Chairperson of the Year in 2004. She became a Director in 2005, President-Elect for 2006 and will be the President of CVAR in 2008.
