Michael has worked with 3 national companies that specialized in first time home buyer programs. Michael was a team leader and loan underwriter/processor for 7 of his 14 year career in lending. Michael Carson is considered an expert in the FHA, VA, USDA and Conventional mortgage markets.

Michael was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. by his mother Charlene and father Doug who has been a real estate broker since 1972. Michael started holding open houses at the age of 9 with his father. After graduating high school in 1994, Michael attended Central Piedmont Community College for 2 years. Michael is married to his wife Nicole Carson, a native of Catawba County. Together they have 2 children, Karas and Lili Carson.
