Steve has specialized in Commercial Investment and Industrial Properties for over 20 years. As a Commercial/Investment Specialist, he has completed countless hours of training in the field of 1031 Tax Exchanges. Background and Accomplishments

As a Hickory native, Steve graduated from Hickory High in 1969. He attended Darlington School in Rome, GA in 1970. He graduated from Wingate University in 1972 and NC State University in 1975 as a Business and Economics major. After college, Steve worked for family owned Interior Planning & Equipment specializing in furnishing schools and health facilities. After receiving his Real Estate license in November of 1985, Steve was head of Commercial Divisions of 2 national real estate franchises and his own Steve Boyd Properties before opening Team Metro in April of 1998.
