As a native of Hickory, Sandi Fotheringham brings a wealth of knowledge to Weichert Realtors, Team Metro because she has seen decades of change in the Hickory Metro area. She has witnessed growth trends, past and present, and understands the residential dynamics of the region. With 30+ years experience in public education as a high school teacher and administrator for Hickory City Schools, Sandi brings her professional knowledge to each and every real estate transaction. Her dedication and demand for excellence has brought her to the forefront in real estate. She is a proven professional in every way.

Background and Accomplishments

Prior to entering Real Estate, Sandi was a history teacher at Hickory High School, taught in the Education Department at Lenoir-Rhyne College, and finished her career in administration at Hickory City Schools as the Coordinator of the Partners In Education Program. A graduate of Appalachian State University, she has a Bachelors Degree in Social Studies and a Masters in Educational Media. She volunteers in the community as a Guardian Ad Litem, a mentor for Project Potential Scholarship Program, and as a HOSTS tutor. Sandi is a member of First Methodist Church of Hickory and the Hickory Rotary Club.
